5 GCSE passes at a minimum of Grade 4, which must include a Grade 4 in English Language and Maths.
4 GCSE passes at a minimum of Grade 3, or a Level 1 BTEC, which must include a Grade 3 in English Language and Maths.
2 GCSE passes at a minimum of Grade 3, which must include a Grade 2 or 3 in English Language and Maths, in either combination.
The college is proud to partner with Burnley FC in the Community to offer sports performance programmes in Football, Netball, and Cricket.
The Burnley FC Shadow Youth Team provides a unique education and performance programme for aspiring footballers. Represent the College and Burnley FC in the Community in National Leagues run by the English Football League and the Association of Colleges. Students receive top-quality coaching from UEFA and FA licensed staff while studying for a sports-related qualification leading to work, higher education, or further study.
Cricket enthusiasts benefit from weekly coaching by BFC in the Community and Lancashire Cricket, with opportunities to visit Old Trafford, receive coaching from Lancashire County Cricket representatives, and complete a Cricket Activators course. Competitive fixtures are available through the AOC cricket league.
Netball players enjoy weekly training to enhance fitness and skills, delivered by qualified BFC in the Community coaches. Compete in the AOC North West league and access umpiring and coaching courses to advance your sports career.
