If your young person won’t be attending college, here’s what to do to report their absence quickly and easily.

Call the Absence Hotline on 01282 440293
before 9am.

Please include in your message:

Why Attendance Matters

Attendance is key to success! Missing classes can impact learning and grades. We encourage all students to attend every session on time and keep up with their coursework.

What Happens if We Don’t Hear From You?

If your young person’s absence isn’t reported, you’ll get an email or text from us using the contact details provided on their permission form. Repeated absences may result in disciplinary action that could affect their place at college.

Emergencies & Contact Information

Make sure we have your current contact details so we can reach you if needed. If your young person needs to go to hospital, a member of staff will be there to support them and inform you right away.
